The Chief Executive Officer of Centara Hotels & Resorts, a luxury Thai hotel chain, has promoted Voytek Klasicki to the role of Area Manager of the Maldives and General Manager of Centara Grand Island Resort & Spa Maldives.
The CEO, Thirayuth Chirathivat, promoted Klasicki from his position as General Manager of the Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa Maldives after he spent six months overseeing the pre-opening of the resort which is a favourite for luxurious Maldives holidays.
In his new role at the Centara Grand Island Resort & Spa Maldives, Klasicki will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the upscale property which is located in the South Ari Atoll (Alifu Atoll).
Klasicki has spent 25 years within the hospitality industry working in the UK, New Zealand, Australia, India, and Thailand. He started working for Centara Hotels & Resorts in 2006 when he became the General Manager of Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Krabi in Thailand.
